The project included:
Designing and setting up a small clean room that was constructed on the 180 cm wide frame of a horizontal chamber (three filters) that was designed and constructed especially to connect integrally with the room constructed around it. The air in the room flows horizontally in both systems.
The clean air replacement system operates like an ordinary chamber: The air is drawn in from the lower section of the chamber and exits through the HEPA filter within the chamber.
The air-conditioned air, including fresh air, enters the room through the HEPA filters located in the upper section of the chamber. The room was designed and constructed in such a way that two employees can work within it comfortably.
The level of cleanliness within the chamber - Class 100; in the room - Class 1,000.
