Designing labs and two productions suites in clean rooms including designing supporting rooms and systems such as rinsing rooms, a cold room, treated water room, gas cylinder storage, a storeroom and offices. The project included a conceptual design and a detailed design of the production installation in the clean rooms to A, C & D grade levels of cleanliness combining systems and offices. After several years, the company moved to new premises and we introduced a different occupant into the area while adapting it to the requirements of the new company. After five more years, this occupier moved to its own building and we made adaptations and set up new labs for the new occupant.
