Rotem Technologies Engineering Ltd. was founded in 2004 by Amir Dargatsky, who continues to serve as the company’s CEO.

With approximately 40 years of experience in the field, Amir has designed, managed, and delivered hundreds of diverse projects in Israel and abroad.

His extensive experience enables the company to address complex design and engineering challenges, identify potential issues early, and develop practical solutions grounded in a deep understanding of processes, systems, and operational requirements.

Our expertise spans the design, management, and construction of laboratories, industrial plants, production facilities, and complex technical facilities for the chemical, biological, microelectronics, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors, as well as advanced projects for industry and academia. Over the years, our work has included research and production laboratories, cleanrooms, and infrastructure for sophisticated scientific, technological, and biotechnology equipment, including dedicated rooms for electron microscopes, ion implanters, and other specialized systems.

Building on this professional foundation, Rotem Dargatsky, a licensed architect and graduate of Tel Aviv University’s School of Architecture, brings an architectural perspective to the company’s design process. Having grown up within the company, Rotem was introduced to design, engineering, and construction from an early age and has since gained practical experience in the design and coordination of complex projects.

His architectural training, combined with a thorough understanding of technical systems and construction processes, brings an integrated, holistic approach that connects architecture, functionality, aesthetics, building systems, equipment, and operations.

Our approach centers on a precise and thorough design process, from understanding user needs and developing the project brief to coordinating building systems and preparing detailed construction documentation, with close attention to functional, engineering, and aesthetic requirements.

The combination of the company’s decades of practical engineering experience and its architectural and systems thinking enables us to lead complex projects with a comprehensive understanding of the facility as a whole. This results in practical, precise, and efficient solutions that address both technical performance and the experience of the people who use the space.
