Rotem Technologies Engineering was founded in 2004 by Amir Dargatsky, who brings 40 years of experience in the field. The company is one of Israel's leading providers of design and construction services for laboratories, clean rooms, production facilities and complex projects. Projects
Ion Implanter, Hebrew University
Design and construction of a laboratory, clean rooms and equipment rooms for a heavy ion implanter. The complex logistics included integration into an active facility without interrupting operations, rock excavation for roof infrastructure and floor reinforcement to transport seven-ton equipment. The clean rooms were manufactured in Italy by TECO, exclusively represented by Rotem Technologies, and assembled on site by our team.
Chemical Laboratory, Kfar Saba
Design and construction of advanced chemistry laboratories within an existing office building. The main challenge was adapting the building to regulatory requirements while integrating complex extraction systems, approximately 20 large chemical fume hoods, thousands of metres of air ducts and a dedicated rooftop blower system.
Clean Room, Ben-Gurion University
Upgrading and converting an existing space into an advanced clean room for an ARPES instrument and supporting systems. The project involved extensive dismantling and reconstruction, raising the ceiling to approximately 4.5 metres and upgrading utilities and support systems while making maximum use of existing infrastructure.
Pilot Facility and Chemistry Laboratories
Design and construction of laboratories and a complex chemical pilot facility in a multipurpose building, with the approval of the relevant licensing authorities. Rotem Technologies manufactured custom chemical fume hoods in nonstandard dimensions to meet the client's specific scientific requirements.
Electron Microscopy Facility, Ben-Gurion University
Design and construction of two advanced electron microscopy suites, with supporting equipment rooms in a dedicated technical courtyard. The project required careful interpretation and implementation of the international manufacturer's specifications, within a short schedule, a tight budget and applicable Israeli standards.
